I came to Nathan when I realised I was out of shape and over weight and not really sure where to start and not much confidence in the Gym. 
He was able to show me a different way of looking at the gym and shifted my focus from my weight to how I look and felt. I learnt healthy habits and confidence in weight training which in turn made me feel confident in the gym, find enjoyment in working out and allowed me to reach my goals.

I started training with Nathan after having only really trained cardio in national gyms. I was totally unsure about starting with a PT or weight training, but he made me feel comfortable and helped me learn and actually enjoy training. 
I also needed sport specific elements to my training which Nathan was able to include in our sessions. 
Nathan helped me build my confidence in and out of the gym, whilst giving me the foundations of being able to learn and enjoy the gym.
